- Service Quality Advising for Large International Clients at China Development Bank. Devin played a key role in acquiring China Development Bank as an early client for Ivy Language Consulting. He developed a training program designed to improve service quality for newly hired sales associates who deal with international clients.
- Developed Customer Satisfaction Training programs for large hotels in China. Devin recognized a growing need for training at international hotels in Dali, Yunnan. His strategic training helped hospitality staff recognize key differences between American and Chinese culture and highlighted differences between expectations in the hospitality industry.
- Developed Ivy Language Consulting Brand and Business Strategy. Devin developed the Ivy Language Consulting logo, website, marketing collateral. He also developed the key marketing strategies for connecting to the local marketplace and building a B2B direct sales approach.
